Thrilled to have a photo of Hugo Vegter- Cork Instrument Maker ( bottom right ) included in the July 2018 RDS DUBLIN exhibition. ‘The Maker’s Hand’ explores the rich history of the RDS Craft Awards from their inception in 1968 to the present day.
Hugo Vegter has been active in Cork and its environs since 1989. In 2014 Vegter Violins was established and joined forces with Patterson Violins in the Cork city studio workshop at Camden House, Camden Quay – directly across the river Lee from the Cork Opera House.
